I am an Arizona native, and the Phoenix area has been part of my life for decades. I have been actively involved in the Phoenix real estate market for the past 18 years through personal homeownership, long-term investment, and sales transactions across North Phoenix, Peoria, Glendale, Anthem, and Surprise. My knowledge of Phoenix neighborhoods comes from lived experience – I’ve owned homes in North Phoenix, followed growth patterns moving north and west, purchased ahead of major expansion corridors like the 303, and sold homes in both master-planned communities and established neighborhoods. I have a strong background in construction, having worked in New Home Sales for five years and built four personal homes. I am also married to a local construction company owner who has been in business for over 40 years. This has helped me build excellent relationships within the community that can benefit all of my clients. I have been married for over 43 years, have three grown sons, and have seven Grandkids. Adventure, traveling, family, and encouraging others are my biggest passions. I will never turn down a good adventure!
